Next Food Network Stars finalist are now selected. While the contestents battle with Lamb and Lobster in the Iron chef arena, they had to use their minds for the quick answers from questions from Alton Brown. The competition was heated up in Kitchen Stadium as the four contestants attempted to impress the judges Chef Michael Symon, Alton Brown and the selection committee with one contestant as a suprise judge. At the end, the bottom two were Jeff the sandwich king and Mary Beth. Jeff's on camera personality seemed to have won him a trip to the finale to compete agains Vick Vegas and Susie.
